Varun's place is excellent .I have travelled with my 75 year old mother, varun and his brother Rahul went the extra mile to see to it that she is comfortable in homestay. he offered a room heater and the food served was very good. view from homestay is great. Bhimakali temple is at walking distance from the place and you can do nature walk for the whole day. Whether you have come to relax or do nature walk, Varun place at Sarahan is the best place and value for money .. It has good internet connectivity and can be a good place for workation. From varun place , I went to nako on way to kaza, he suggested best homestay at Nako at reasonable price . overall host is very proactive and helpful.... I will come again to stay in Varun place coming years.

Varun was a gracious host. He was always available. Simple nice stay close to the temple. Serene views. Varun went out of the way to arrange for breakfast for us even when the area had no electricity .

Varuns house is located at the heart of Sarahan, easily walkable from the temple. There are numerous places to eat including local ones as well as the Sarahan temple canteen. Varun and his brother were proactive in helping us / guiding us. They also gave us an additional room that was free that day, since we were 3 people travelling. The family lives on the floor. above while the rooms on the 1st floor are given to guests. The rooms were very simple, clean and with great views of the mountains. The rooms are accessible from a common passage behind the house, with apple trees growing in the adjacent property. wifi speed was good. Also met Varuns mom who was very warm and cordial. Overall it gives the feel of staying in a local house rather than a hotel, and was a nice stay.
