Good location, great outlook from 6th floor. Reception has a mobile number to call, which is a bit cheeky on their part I think. Staff shortages like all of Queenstown, but staff were fine. I think they advertise with off street parking, but is but included and is a public open site next door.

Great little place! Concierge was super friendly and the actual hotel was smack in the middle of everything which was awesome. Only thing that was a bit of a hummer was the construction taking up majority of the parking spaces, but it was still relatively easy to park around! Rooms were clean and tidy, the hotel was quiet and the rooftop was amazing. Bonus points for the complimentary drink machine and ice buckets in lieu of a bar fridge!

Great stay, modern smart-room equipped place. Only problem was finding boiling water for making some instant noodles, had to go to the kitchen area and get cups of hot water over and over that kept dispensing paper cups, and the hot water was pretty dirty as it came from the same coffee machine (so probably just coffee residue). Other than that which i wouldnt have even noticed if someone else hadnt pointed out to me, it was great. Very nice of them to let us leave baggage before check in and after checkout during the day and great customer service
