Fantastic place to stay. Close to all sorts of activities and the view can’t be beat. Sitting on the balcony, watching and listening to the ocean became one of our favorite things about Alberto’s place.

This place was amazing! We wanted a relaxing Airbnb by the beach after some more adventurous travel. This was perfect. Everything was nice and clean and we loved being able to hear the waves. Wifi was solid (we had to do some work here and there) and there was ample parking with security guards who helped us check-in and get settled. You can walk to some restaurants. The guard said it'd be better to drive to them at night, but I imagine walking to them during the day would be fine. Alberto was very responsive and helped us locate a nearby beach--Seven Seas. We also walked a couple of times from Seven Seas Beach to Playa Escondida. It's a bit less crowded and nicer--well worth the 20ish minute walk. The Airbnb is also close to Laguna Grande bio bay tours and not too far from El Yunque (40ish mins). Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much. I enjoyed the sunrise in the morning and sound of the waves at night right on the balcony. The restaurants within walking distance are amazing as well. We used the place as home base to explore El Yunque rainforest, Luquillo, and Culebra. We took a catamaran tour to Icacos beach from nearby marina as well. The place is clean and well maintained. The owner alberto was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. We’d definitely recommend this home to our friends and would stay here again if we ever return to Puerto Rico. Thank you Alberto and Carolina!
