A clean, safe, very nice place with a beautiful view. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for preparing meals. We enjoyed the olympic size swimming pool and basketball court. It was a very good value for what we paid.

First time as an AIRBNB user so was skeptical of process. Aydil and Yadil’s place made my first experience very positive. Their place met and exceeded our expectations especially traveling with kids. The kids even commented how comfortable the bunk beds were. Really pleased to have booked this location. Our reservation was for only 2 nights and it immediately felt like home. The instructions and process was made easy. Thank again for sharing your home. If in Fajardo area again - this is a place I will seek out first.

It’s a really nice cosy condo, clean complex, gated community, nice decor inside. Kitchen is well maintained. Just FYI- there is no oven or dishwasher. Bunk beds are nice, added things like beach chair, umbrella are useful. Definitely recommended!

Nice place. A few things we had a blackout for hours and the hosts did not answer call and took time to respond. He then told us there were lamps etc which I did not know. They also advertised grill on property but there is a 55 cost to use it and must be reserved in advance! There is no oven in kitchen only microwave and stove top They ask that you not flush any kind of paper including toilet paper in the bathroom. We aren't in Greece and I found that totally ridiculous and honestly unhygienic if we were to do that. Never have I been asked that. I understand paper towels etc but toilet paper even after using facilities it's a no for me.
