We had a great stay at the house and hope to return. This property stands out in space, lack of road noise and amenities. It is about a 10 minute drive to Southampton Village and 10 minutes to Bridgehampton Mall. The house and grounds are spacious, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The master BR has a large bathroom. There is another bathroom outside the additional upstair bedrooms. 1 bathroom with shower only downstairs. Certainly enough for a family or group of friends. The house has Apple TV. I brought my Roku for streaming. WiFi worked fine. We had one car. Parking several cars would take some planning. The house is in Watermill, with several year round neighbors and a few neighbors with country homes. No loud noise in the area, as opposed to being next to routes 27 or 39. The back of the house leads to a forested area with many song birds. There are farms in the area as well. Very peaceful. I highly recommend this rental.

House was spotless and exactly as advertised. Location very convenient to town and local beaches. Very quiet. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful with plenty of space. Great location easy to get anywhere, and a really enjoyable quiet base to come back to after a day of wineries, shopping, etc. Would definitely recommend and rent again. Thanks!
