Great house with dreamy beach access! Gavin was quick to respond and accommodate all our requests. The house had all the little amenities, toiletries and beach supplies needed with nice thoughtful touches throughout.

Gavin was a great host- not only responsive, but also proactive with communication. He was willing to get on the phone with me ahead of time for some of my specific questions- like how many beach chairs there are, beach umbrella, cooler, etc. The house is very clean, organized and well stocked. Great sound system which Gavin explained as well as good tis. It's an easy walk, less than 10 mins to the nearby beach which was extremely clean and quiet. The house is also a quick 5 min ride to the village of Amagansett or 15 min to Montauk. So many fun things to do in the nearby areas and quick 4 min ride to grocery store. Suggestion to bring eye shades if you are sensitive to light when sleeping. Great family trip!
