We stayed in this lovely, little annex for the bank holiday weekend whilst in the area celebrating a friend’s birthday. The cottage was clean, tidy, well-equipped and the spacious bedroom comfortably fit our toddler bed and baby’s travel cot. The bed was huge and very comfy for us too! The downstairs, open plan kitchen and living room was perfect for our breakfast and evenings and we had everything we needed. Parking on the driveway was helpful for loading/unloading the car. We briefly met Nicola and her daughters and they were friendly and welcoming! We were within easy reach of Croft Farm Water Park where we spent our days paddle-boarding and kayaking in the lovely sunshine! We visited Tewkesbury which was lovely; lots of shops, cafés and restaurants. We had a takeaway/collection meal from The Boathouse in Upton upon Severn which was delicious. Reasonable and tasty tapas. We were only in the area for a fleeting visit but will definitely be back to explore more. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Nicola’s house. She welcomed us at the start of the stay and explained the house and also local points of interest. The house is gorgeous and is in a lovely village and borders the village green. It’s a short walk to the river and there are 2 great pubs for dinner and drinks, or coffee in the morning. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the well-stocked supermarket is a quick walk away. All in a lovely stay and a beautiful part of the world. Highly recommended.
