We stayed in Helen’s home for 3 nights. Great 3 days. Helen was helpful and friendly. Her home was super, a home away from home. Clean with everything you could need. Lovely touch of chocolates and Prosecco on arrival. Helen even had eggs and milk in the fridge for us. Beautiful views, Would highly recommend.

Helen and her home provided just what we were looking for: a well-equipped, spacious house to live in comfortably for a week while we explore the Cork area. Helen was responsive, warm, and generous, and we simply felt at home. The view from the house, the house itself, and its garden are magnificent and a delight to wake up to.

Helen's house is a very well-kept house in very good condition and with spectacular views. I have been with my family of 3 children where we have visited Cork and towns in the area. The kitchen is very large and very cozy at the same time, where you can cook quietly while being accompanied by the family while they prepare an appetizer. Helen has been very kind and very helpful at all times, she has been very careful that we did not miss anything, in addition to leaving us a guide with things to do. The first day she left us basics in case we needed them, like bread, milk, eggs. Thank you very much Helen, the stay at your house has been fabulous.

From the beginning, communication with Helen was easy, very friendly and precise. Her house is very charming, covering three levels and offers plenty of space with three bedrooms. The garden is a dream and the views on the Bay area amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much, did not miss anything and felt like at home. Aghada is a nice little village, with a nice pub and restaurant. There is a lot to discover in the nearby region: Kinsale, Cobh and Cork as well as the beautiful coastline are worth a visit. We are missing „Carpe Diem“ already and hope to be able to return one day.
