This Modern Luxury coastal property is set in a wonderful peaceful location at the mouth of Cork Harbour with spectacular ocean views overlooking Roches Point Lighthouse. An exclusive 2 storey house with its own private gated access and driveway, this spacious property consists of four bedrooms , two on the ground floor (one double and one single room) and two bedrooms on the first floor (one double room and one twin room). Each of the four bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom including shower. There is a separate guest bathroom downstairs. The large open plan living area downstairs is designed to maximise the ocean views and will put you completely at ease with everything available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The open plan living area consists of a Kitchen /dining area along with two separate lounge areas with access to the outdoor patio/garden dining area. The modern new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including the obligatory Nespresso coffee unit and coffee pods. There is ample private off street parking available for approx 8 to 10 vehicles which is accessed through your own private entrance.

Vince is the best host we have ever had. The house and views were gorgeous. The house was super clean. Vince was super generous with his time in helping us figure out the best things to do, as well as some amazing treats from Ireland. He just really wants you to have the best stay— and we did:) Super grateful we found this place and that Vince was so good to us!
Best Air B'n'B we have ever stayed at. With the best hosts! Generous and so welcoming. We loved our time in crosshaven, we didnt want to come home 😅 the views cant be described, you have to see them for yourself. The house is just so beautiful, so well decorated and amazing space in every room. I cant wait to go back! The town of crosshaven is so quaint and pretty. Beautiful home with a serene view of the sea, very calming house and very welcoming. The little touches of the toiletries in all bathrooms were very nice, nice towels and bedding. Nice outdoor space, well maintained. Basket of food was very nice and appreciated. Really lovely relaxing few days right on the coast, with a very friendly and helpful host!
Overlooking the ocean with amazing views, immaculately clean, beautiful interior, big cozy sofas, new fully fitted kitchen, comfortable bed and linens. Imagine beautiful brass fittings from 1922 coexisting with high speed broadband, induction hob – old world charm in a modern gorgeous setting. The pictures are true to reality. Very relaxing to watch the ships and boats go by from the house. The host could not have been more helpful: met us on arrival, walked us through the house, and suggested local cafes, restaurants, coastal walks and local attractions. The house is great inside and the patio and garden outside is beautiful. The location is very peaceful and relaxing. The charming town of Crosshaven is only a short walk along the coast with shops, cafes and restaurants, and also the home of the oldest yacht club in the world, the Royal Cork. The scenic walks in the area around the bays, along the beaches, and the cliffs are superb. Would recommend, will definitely be back😊
