Perfect for a solo traveler! I have stayed before and have returned. Kelby is a fantastic host & the space is set up perfectly for a solo traveler. Had all necessary amenities touched by thoughtfulness and kindness, like coffee and yummy treats. The area is walkable and safe. Like being at home.... oh and a rose garden out front! Gorgeous!

It was so peaceful here! It was like being in a little Mediterranean pied-à-terre with rose bushes. It's a small space but the closet held plenty and there was lots of coffee pods and nice toiletries in the space as well. It was a great space to end a work day and wake up in the morning. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Kelby’s place. The space is cozy, clean, everything one needs when staying for a month. I enjoyed the walkability, the safe neighborhood, close to the market, coffee shop, restaurant, freeway - in the city but in a quiet neighborhood. Kelby is also responsive, thoughtful, and kind. There was coffee, nuts, chocolate, wine, sparkling beverages… I stayed through Christmas to New Years time and there was a wreath on the door and a countertop rosemary Christmas tree! That is the level of thoughtfulness & kindness I felt from staying at Kelby’s place. Thank You Kelby!

I stayed at Kelby for 2 months. The studio has a lovely design with all the interior painting. Lovely amenities welcomed me when I entered and this followed by great days. Very friendly and calm neighborhood and Kelby a great host. If you have a car, place is great to stay at because the closest cafes and restaurants are 20 mins walk. Feels secure during nights and very lovely neighbors. A great example of how great host was Kelby: the vacuum cleaner wasn’t working efficiently and I texted Kelby about this and in two days he replaced it with a better versioned alternative. Keep in mind that place is not that big. Best to stay as an individual. I am not that tall but the bed felt a bit small. Closest laundromat is 18 mins drive by. Kelby has a dog and the dog makes a bit of voice during nights but that did not disturb me. DEFINITELY SUGGESTED

I have stayed 30 days. My first impression is the room and bathroom are clean and nice smell. Then I found the whole place are nice colour of good taste so gives me a feel comfortable. In addition there are many nice ornament to make the house at home atmosphere . Above of that there are plenty of coffee, tea even 2 bottle of wines, that is gives me a feeling of this host willing the guest are very well come. And the evening I had a good sleep because very quiet night. In this whole aria is quiet & clean & green. What els more I need ? It was a perfect place to stay one month. Kelby & Francis are very helpful host, they always immediately reply to my question. Thank you very mach.
