NOTE: This is 4 miles from the📍pin! We are located in HOLLYWOOD 🤩 The cross streets are Sunset Boulevard and Highland Avenue. Within walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theatre, and many other popular tourist destinations. Universal Studios, Griffith Park, & Hollywood Bowl all minutes away! This is a room in a newly constructed multi-room Townhome with attached private full bathroom. Totally safe, secure, quiet and clean! Flexible host! It’s fun to live like a local 😎 This is a brand new bungalow townhome in the very back of a brand new fourplex in Hollywood. Safe gated entry and awesome neighbors like myself 😉💪💃 PARKING: Street parking is free & unlimited in my neighborhood from 6pm to 8am. It’s a 2 hour limit for all other hours M-F, and they like to give tickets since it’s a touristy area—so please be careful! The 2-hour limit is NOT enforced on Sat & Sun If you need it, the cheapest paid parking garage closest to me is on Johnny Grant Way & Highland (attached to Ovation mall) Parking Garage Rates: $20 for a full day $2 per 20 minutes / $6 per hour $3 for 2 hours with validation from shops $3 for 4 hours with validation from TCL Chinese Theatre

I loved the place - if you want a quiet in the middle of Hollywood this is where you go. Room is super cozy and feels like your own!
Olivia was a phenomenal host and her place was perfect for my stay. She was extremely communicative, provided recommendations and responded quickly when needed. The space was super cute and as shown in the photos. Not that I needed it but NOTE this room does not have a TV. Also, I did experience noise during the quiet hours from the neighbors. It was the weekend and they were celebrating :). Lastly, if you need a completely dark room at night to sleep, bring a sleeping mask because natural light does come in from top uncovered windows. The area is walkable. Lots of stores and restaurants. The Chinese Theater, The Dolby Theater “mall / center” and the Hollywood Walk of Fame are just blocks away. If your visiting to explore and need a stylish, clean and safe place to stay, book with Olivia.

We are located in downtown Hollywood (please ignore pin location). Cross streets are Sunset Boulevard and Highland Avenue. We are essentially across the street from Chick-fil-A, and roughly 3 blocks from Hollywood Boulevard. The complex property you will be staying on is brand new construction, which is secured by a front entry gate (w/ code). The street we’re located on is safe, well-maintained, and not heavily trafficked. You’ll be surrounded by locals that live here full-time.
We are within walking distance to most everything Hollywood has to offer. We do not have additional parking spaces for guests, but if you have a car—street parking and parking garages are available nearby. We are conveniently close to the Hollywood/Highland Metro station and multiple bus stops. Additionally, Uber / Lyft / taxi services are available, as well as Lime and Bird scooters nearby.

I’m Olivia, born and raised in Portland, OR! I’m SO excited to be hosting here in LA. I have worked as a housekeeper, graphic designer, interior design stager, and caregiver. Outside of hosting, I spend as much time as I can in my studio creating lots and lots of art. My work is mostly abstract, and I paint cities and places from satellite images using oil and gouache on canvas and paper. Come check out my studio sometime!
