Very close to the Hollywood Bowl, Disney studios public transportation and restaurants. Central AC. Black out curtains throughout the house! **Pets stay for free** Private guest house, separate entrance from the back alley. This guest house is 600 square feet, perfect for families of 4, couples or business travel.

Wir waren eine 3-köpfige Familie, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Top Ausstattung. Gemütlich. Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr ruhige Lage, etwas versteckt, wenn man von den täglichen Sirenen absieht. Super-eigener Parkplatz. Schöner kleiner Hof hinter dem Haus, besonders als Raucher. Toplage-Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wenn wir wieder nach LA kommen werden, ist Tony's Unterkunft die 1.Wahl👍

Burbank and this neighborhood is one of the safest neighborhoods in Los Angeles! The property is on a busy street but since the house is located in the back you don't hear any noise.
