New guest house detached from main house (no space or walls other than parking is shared!) perfect for a family of 4, couples or business. Extremely safe area, gated parking! Close to Burbank airport, walking distance to Warner Brothers and a 24 hour Vons/CVS pharmacy. 2 miles from Universal Studios. Very close to the Hollywood Bowl, Disney studios public transportation and restaurants. Central AC. Fast Wi-Fi. Black out curtains throughout the house! **pets stay for free!** Very quiet and private gated patio area separated from the main house!

We have been AirBNBing from quite sometime, however Tony’s place has set up a standard apart. We were a family of 4 and it not only had all amenities, Tony had thought even the smallest things like snacks, water or juice. So I dint have to rush to the grocery store as soon as I arrived. Very thoughtful, cozy and user friendly home. The Best of stays in Air BNB and worth the price for the location. We will definitely use this house next time we are in Burbank
Great central location to Universal Studios and Hollywood. The house was perfect for our needs. Loved the secured parking.
Really clean place, was so happy for a washer and dryer as we had laundry we had to do unexpectedly, responded quickly to my questions. Super close to Universal which is where we took our kids (3 mile Uber ride). Highly recommend.
