Belen’s space was the perfect resting place after a day at Universal Studios. The home is located close to the action but also far enough that it’s quiet at night. The space was clean, the wifi was great, the shower pressure was perfect, the bed was soft, and the mini fridge was just big enough for leftovers. Belen was also super responsive and helpful, even with my very late evening check in. Thank you again for sharing your space!

This was a great stay! My husband and I only got the chance to be here for one night, but we're so glad we did this instead of a hotel. The guesthouse was private and spacious. Everything was clean, comfortable, and functional. We slept great, had nice warm showers, and enjoyed the speedy wifi in searching all the nearby entertainment and eating options for the following day. Now we just need to come back for a longer stay!

Overall I was satisfied with the space, only real knock against it is that it was a little noisy at times; neighboring apartment, refrigerator compressor, bathroom fan, not crazy but noticeable for me. Otherwise I’d consider another stay if I end up back in Burbank
