As a result, this is the rarest of the rare property that is carbon-negative. To give a perspective, this 5-acre farm alone fixes the total CO2 emitted by a tier 1 city resident in 30 years. Your stay here for 2 days will bring your carbon footprint down by 26%. DESIGN: Created out of love and the intent to share, the five acre farm flanked by forests comprises of; Far spaced living structures, Composting toilets, Glass roofed bathrooms, Yogashala, Sound healing and meditative spaces, Creative workspaces, Library / workstation. Heal farm is a beautiful place. This was my second time to stay at this place and the experience keeps getting better. The place has so much to offer and it goes beyond one’s expectation starting from spending peaceful time in nature around dense forest and lakes, to sound healing meditation with Adnan which is extremely relaxing and therapeutic - a must to experience, Yoga with Priyanka was so refreshing and calming also the knowledge that both of these hosts shares can set or support you in your journey for a healthy lifestyle. Art workshops that can hep you learn create something of your own while you experience and be amazed by beauty all around, Also do give a try at spotting different birds from ‘the rock’ . A big thanks to Adnan and Priyanka for their amazing hospitality and kindness, you both helped me explore the place at a deeper level and also made my birthday special.
One of my best Airbnb experiences. The location is pristine and the space is perfectly in balance with the nature. I love places which stay authentic to the environment in which they exist and this is spot-on. Thanks Priyanka and Adi for making it and the amazing hospitality that helped us relax.
Heal farm was in the middle of nowhere which is exactly what we were looking for. The host and their entire team were extremely friendly and courteous. It is about forty minutes from both Bhimtal and Nainital yet being extremely secluded from the chaos. Cleanliness and other services were on point. The food prepared was home away from home. The heal farm also offered personal meditation and yoga sessions. The entire property was self-sustaining and it was a breath of fresh air to experience that if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

Born in Gujrat, on the eleventh of May, nineteen eighty four, Adnan (ADI) Vahanvaty is the founder of a permaculture and spiritual farm in the Himalayan foothills. His explorations in the inner world, experimentation with the outer world, and the layers in between and beyond has equipped him to sense, feel, know while honing his ability to work with multiple areas of existence and guide people on their own spiritual and life quest. He is a a meditation guide, life coach and energy worker who uses modalities of sound, nature living, deep sensing and subtle communication to open up ones being. He spends time, while he isn’t travelling, imparting a healing or a practice, being a social entrepreneur, nature conservationist, friend and guide. An an explorer philosopher he is always seeking something new.
