Great location - Colwyn Bay, Rhos, Conwy, Llandudno, Snowdonia. Children & dogs welcome. Private patio garden, master bedroom & bunk bed room, luxury walk in large shower room, underflooring heating in bathrooms & bedrooms. FREE extra fast wifi. FREE on site parking. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is completely private, including the outside patio area and entrance. Easy off road parking right outside. As you can see from the pictures the property has been stylishly decorated with full high speed fibre wifi, Flat screen TV's, underfloor heating, & USB sockets. The walk in spacious shower room is idea for all guests, especially guests with limited mobility. It is totally dog friendly, so you don't have to worry about escapee dogs!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location, great hosts
We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation was immaculate with all facilities as described. The welcome tray was a lovely touch for us and our dog. We also appreciated the recommendations for eating out etc, very helpful when having a short break.
Booked this apartment for my parents who absolutely loved it. They thoroughly enjoyed the walks in the nearby woods with their dog. Highly rated the local pub for a nice pint and bite to eat. Apartment was immaculate and well presented. Jennifer is a fab host who offered lots of great recommendations and information in general. They loved the location and privacy and most definitely will return. Thank you ☺️
We loved our stay at Jen’s place, it was spotlessly clean & a great space for our family of 4. The location was perfect & Jen’s recommendations & helpful info about local attractions, restaurants etc really helped us get the most out of our stay. The property is in the sort after residential area of Upper Colwyn Bay. It is opposite the walls to the Welsh Mountain Zoo and the apartment is set back from the road. There are woodlands literally 2 minutes walk from the apartment and also a lovely local pub / restaurant, Indian takeaway, local shop & hairdressers within a 5 min drive or 10 min walk.
You have designated parking at the property which is free of charge. You can walk to the Zoo and the woods from the property and you can also walk to the local pub, local shop, Indian takeaway. You can also walk to Colwyn Bay - however its up hill coming home.
