Wow! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in North Wales look no further. Neil’s home is beyond perfect! Neil was always very prompt to answer any questions and always very accommodating and a delight to communicate with. The location is spot on for exploring north Wales and the outlook over the beach gorgeous. The house itself has absolutely everything you need for a holiday. The greeting hamper was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. The attention to detail and immaculate presentation was a standout. Neil also went above and beyond when I left my phone charger behind. It was in the post the next day and delivered overnight to our next destination! Thank you Neil you are a legend! I have no hesitation in recommending Neil’s place, in fact would think you were mad if you didn’t stay here.
This was our second stay and we love the property. Neil is the perfect host and goes the extra mile to ensure guests are made to feel valued, Nothing is too much trouble.

We stayed at Neil's place for 4 nights at Easter with our 11 year old twin boys. The property is 5 star and done up to a very high standard. It has a lovely view over the sea front. There was a generous welcome package which included sparkling wine, butter, milk and cakes. The communication with Neil and ease of entry was great. Rhos on Sea is a lovely small sea side town . It looks like they have recently renovated the promenade and we had a nice afternoon walking to Colwyn bay. We went out to eat locally at Johnny Doughs Pizza restaurant and Hickorys American BBQ restaurant. These suited us with kids. There is lots to do around the areas like Conwy Castle, Llandudno, Welsh Mountain zoo etc. We visited Bodant Gardens ( National Trust ) which is a very pretty decent size garden approx 15 min drive away. I would definitely recommend this property and Rhos on Sea!
Neil was very welcoming, I liked the little touch of milk, bread, Prosecco etc to go into at check in. House was immaculate.
