Fantastic weekend away with friends and kids. Great house, lots of space and really comfy beds. Kids loved the garden. Walking distance to beach and prom path.

We had a fabulous stay at Matts house. The house is great with a perfect set up for our family group of 11. Big dining table so we could all eat together, great living room for evening games, loads of outdoor space and climbing frame for kids and dog, bedrooms all roomy and clean and lovely newly refurbed bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and great breakfast bar making it a social space. Location wise it is a short walk to the beach and there is lots to do in surrounding area - Conwy, Llandudno etc…. Matt was a great host who met us at the house, very responsive and helpful. Went the extra mile to accommodate us. We had a great few days and would definitely look to come back again for future holidays.

Absolutely beautiful house and spacious garden. We were a family of 10 and there was plenty of room and facilities for everyone. Matthew was really helpful with local information, check in flexibility and very generous with supplies for our stay, including birthday decorations! Walking distance to lovely beach and very close to llandudno, Snowdon area etc. plenty of nice places to eat nearby too. Highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

What a fantastic place Matthew has. Matthew met us upon arrival and he shown us around the house and gave us a quick tour. He was extremely, helpful and gave us ideas and recommendation what to do around the local area which i think is a fabulous as he is local and knows the best places. We have just spent the weekend here at the house together as a family & had such a wonderful time. The house is in a great location 5-10 minute walk to the beach everything on your door step or within less than 10 minute drive to the local supermarket. The furnishings are perfect the bed & bedding was extremely comfortable. Great facilities all around the showers were amazing. The children & dogs loved the size of the garden and the climbing frame what a great touch. The children spent a fair few hours playing on the climbing frame. I can honestly say if you are looking for a family house to accommodate everything a family needs for a break then this is your house! We will definitely be returning.

Had such a fantastic stay and family gathering at this lovely house ❤️🫶🏻❤️ host was amazing at check in and so friendly. Highly recommended and would definitely book to come back again xx
