we had a group of 12 stay at the house and it was absolutely perfect. the house is massive, and there was plenty of space for us all. the pool table was a great place for us to socialise together. the kitchen had everything we needed and more. we had a bbq in the garden, whilst watching the sun set over the sea. it's secluded enough to be peaceful, but it's also only a half hour walk to the nearest pubs and restaurants.

We were a party of 7 adults and 6 kids. The place absorbed us all easily and was spacious and felt homely. Enough parking for 4 cars and a lovely space to relax in after a busy day out and about. Loved it!

Great house. Really enjoyed our stay. Snowdonia is a beautiful location.
