Thomas and Jessica are very responsive and attentive to your needs. The house is as expected! The pictures posted on Airbnb do a fair description. It has very nice features including a good sized pool, outdoor grill, large plasma TVs in a spacious family room, in a quiet neighborhood. If need it, there is a pool table and a movie theater on the second floor. We ran into some difficulties with the TV features because the entire house is programmed for the owner’s account and hence, it is not possible to add your own accounts. However, Thomas and Jessica were promptly responsive and allowed us to rent a movie and pay them back. Due to the time of the year, the pool water was a bit cold. You can contact them and they will heat it for you. The charges need to be updated. The booklet states the daily charge is US$85, but we were asked for US$100. Be as it may, it worked well. We had a Mezcal tasting through Airbnb, and had no problems. The Mezcalier brought everything and we used the dining room without any difficulties. Our kids enjoyed their stay very much. They thought it was a supercool house. We contracted on the Formula 1 weekend and found it very convenient to drive to COTA both days. In summary, I recommend Thomas and Jessica as guests to rent from anytime. Their property is spacious and neat, and particularly fit for a 6+ member families looking for a comfortable time in Austin.

The host is absolutely amazing. Easy to communicate with and very nice. The house is beautiful. Great location. Easy Uber rides into the downtown area. The pool makes it feel like a resort. The house is super clean and felt like being in your own home. So cozy and relaxing. Would totally stay there again if back in Austin.

The house was very clean and spacious. Love the pool and the pool table. It had everything that we needed and we all enjoyed it.
