Grant and Bryan’s home was amazing! My daughter and her group of friends had an awesome time on her bachelorette, thanks to this place. Very nice backyard and quiet and safe neighborhood. The house comfortably fit 10 people. Grant and Bryan were also very responsive, flexible with check in and recommended local spots. We highly recommend this spot! :)

This place blew us away! Absolutely beautiful from top to bottom. We loved the serene back yard with the pool and subtle waterfall feature, which was a beautiful view from the incredibly comfy and cozy couch! Neighborhood was quiet and lovely! We walked to a nearby taco restaurant that was yummy, but maybe not the most walkable area otherwise (but getting ride share is very quick and relatively inexpensive compared to other cities) Bryan was very responsive and flexible when we had questions which was much appreciated! As well, the kitchen came very well stocked with things you might need (coffee, condiments, spices), and some things just for fun (like a stack of fun cowboy hats, koozies, etc) Perfect place for our group of 10!

Perfect place to stay in Austin. The house was big, comfortable, and very clean. The outdoor area was great and the pool was super nice. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed. You can even walk to the river, it’s that close. Ubers came very quickly when we needed to get a ride into the city or the airport. Very cool Airbnb, would definitely stay here again. 10/10

We had such a lovely experience. We were here for a bachelorette weekend. This was home away from home. Everything about the house was amazing. The home is fully stocked with everything you need like pots and pans and more. Grant and Bryan were so flexible with check in. They really nailed the “best experience” in Austin. Don’t hesitate to book this lovely place. If we come back, we’re definitely booking them again!
