Pleasant, safe neighborhood within walking distance of Tulane and local stores and restaurants. Short drive to trolley for transport to Garden District and French Quarter. Comfy space, nicely decorated with all needed amenities. Jacob was a great host: very responsive and accomodating.

In a good neighborhood, good for walking the dogs and the backyard being fenced was great for them too. We chose to drive places and was close to everything we did. He was very responsive and helpful with all my questions since we had never been to New Orleans before.

Jacob’s place was great. It’s an older home in a safe feeling neighborhood. Easy 8 minute to walk to the streetcar which is only $3 to use for the entire day and drops you off close to bourbon street. There is also a cute coffee shop within walking distance from the house as well. The location was perfect for everything we needed.

This was an ideal location for visiting my daughter at Tulane. It was a very safe and walkable neighborhood. I enjoyed sitting on the porch swing and watching the rain storm. It's only a short Uber ride to the French Quarter. Overall, wonderful stay!
