Lovely home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Street cars were walking distance..as well as shops and restaurants. Communication with Mr. Lenin was great! I would definitely stay there the next time I'm in Nola.

Our host, Lenin, was very responsive and helpful. We happened to arrive one day prior to a pretty heavy day of rain (St. Patties) and because it's a basement apartment water did start to come inside. However, all I had to do was message Lenin, and within a few minutes he was at the scene taking care of it (apparently an outlet had quit working-which made the pump quit working). He fixed it in no time, cleaned the area and we almost couldn't tell he had been there. Plus he recommended great restaurants!! Thanks for a great visit Lenin. I would recommend staying at this location.

Very safe beautiful location, easy walking distance to street car on St Charles Av and restaurants in the garden district. The apartment is the basement of a house, very spacious with large open living and dining space. Both bedrooms have their own onsite bathrooms and the unit has a good working washer and dryer. We did have some water ingress during a prolonged storm but Lenin was very responsive and offered alternative accommodation if required. Rather than move we went out for the day while they came in and dried up the floors so everything was back to normal on our return. We would certainly stay again and would be our first choice on a return to the city.

We loved the New Orleans vibe of the place. The brick pillars inside the house were great and the place felt very spacious. We also loved the entrance through the pretty garden and all the light coming through the windows. A great location. A quiet and pretty family-oriented neighborhood which was fun to walk around in.
