We felt at home in Ryans & Olivias house from the start. The house is beautifully located in a nice and silent neighbourhood near the St. Charles-Streetcar and mississippi riverbank, little shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby. It is very comfortable and well designed from kitchen, living room to bath and sleepingrooms. Ryan was easy to contact and helpfull. We loved starting our day with a breakfast in the relaxing and beautiful garden- wonderful location for the NOLA-experience! Babette

What a great place to stay! We loved the kitchen, making tea and drinking it sitting on the porch under the ceiling fan. The house is beautifully maintained and clean. The walk to Oak Street is easy and love all the shops and cafes there. Ryan is a great and communicative host. Would love to stay again!

Ryan’s place was perfect for our visit to Tulane. Ryan was super friendly and responsive. He made great local recommendations. There were lots of places a short walk and the neighborhood felt charming and safe. We would stay here again! Thanks for a great visit.

Its a quiet neighborhood. Close walk to Oak Street. A few fun places for food and music. Jacque Emos is a classic. We wanted to stay near our daughter's house so it was perfect.

Ryan’s home is a classic New Orleans double shotgun. It’s been tastefully remodeled while still preserving its original charming architectural features. It’s an easy 2 block walk to the streetcar which takes you virtually anywhere you might want to go in the city. Ryan and his wife were very friendly and accommodating.
