The apartment it’s brand new , with tv , air conditioning and the basic utensils for kitchen . It’s only 8 min walking from the memorial hospital . What was very convenient for us. Narmin was very helpful all the time we needed . I really recommend it . The apartment it’s on the -1 floor but this wasn’t a problem as we can open the windows and we can see the street from the window plus there is a lift . Overall a great place to stay if you are having a treatment at the memorial hospital .

the apartment is great, you have almost everything you need in it, My Problem was that the apartment in located in the basement , minus one floor, and during our stay in July the sun didn’t visit it more that two hours on the edges of the windows only , the fact that the apartment is under the ground level and it became dark in there during the long summer days made me kind of depressed especially that I had to stay in most of the days because of work. the low level of windows under the ground level, and not being able to see the blue sky and the sun made my stay not enjoyable. but the apartment in of itself is well furnished , and has a good internet , and Narmin was responsive and helped us solving some of the problems that emerged during our stay there. I would have appreciated having more clear description on the level in which the apartment is located written clearly that it is under the ground, not to mention that one of the photos of the apartment on this website is misleading because it shows the ground floor on the level of the Street so you have the sense that the apartment is in ground floor and it is not. Unfortunately .

Nice flat, nice neighbourhood. Mini supermarkets and a park nearby. Clean and tidy, nice furnishings and appliances. Good internet and TV.

We rented this beautiful apartment for 10 days. The apartment is in a good location, next to a bus stop and a grocery store(A.101). On Tuesdays there is a large bazaar where you can buy fresh products. The apartment is located on the -1 floor, there is an elevator, the windows face another house but you can see the street. The apartment is new, all the furniture is new, good kitchen, there is a grill, where we cooked good stakes. Everything for a comfortable life is in the apartment. The air conditioner works well. The TV does not support Smart TV but if you have a laptop, TV has HDMI cable. In general, there are many more pluses than minuses. Narmin is a professional, a good host and a wonderful person, she was always in touch and ready to help. On the first day, I parked my car in the wrong place, the next day it was evacuated, I contacted Narmin, she found the car, went with me to police and helped to return the car. I did not expect such help, but this is Narmin.🙌🏻 I absolutely recommend this apartment.

I had loved this place, so I made a decision to stay here additional one month. Especially the host is so kind and nice. she always helps everything.
