Everything was great. All was there for our stay. Comfortable furniture. Patio was great with great views. We will look at this unit for future stays.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was we found the TV's very complicated to setup. The TV in the main room had most of the cables dis-connected and we never did get the TV in the master bedroom working. We will be looking at returning next spring. Beautiful location with stunning sunsets. The pool area was very nice.

Look no further! This condo is fabulous! The online description is accurate.The unit was clean, bright and uncluttered. My husband and I stayed here for 15 days, and it exceeded our expectations. When you walk in, you see and even hear the ocean through the wall of sliding glass doors. It's on the 7th floor, so you can keep the sliders open and still have privacy. (These same sliding glass doors are in the master bedroom.) The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The "old school" coffee pot provided was in perfect working order. The unit also has a blender and a food processor, which we did not use. There is ample closet and storage space. We had neighbors above and next to us but didn't hear them.The pool and hot tub are very inviting. There are 2 expansive patios with lounge chairs that overlook the beach. There is a large grill if you wanted to grill your own food. (We did not take advantage of it but noticed others did.)The elevators and lobbies, as well as the parking garage are kept impressivley clean. The front of the building faces the busy Gulf View Blvd. and can be noisy, but not at all a detractor. There are many restaurants within walking distance. John's Pass is about a mile and half away. It's very touristy but has some cute shops and restaurants. We found this location to be very convenient to whatever we wanted. Charles and Liz and the iTrip team were quick to respond to our questions and were wonderful to work with.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this Madeira Beach condo. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped for all your needs. We enjoyed walks on the long stretch of beach and breathtaking views of the sunset from the balcony. The grocery store was within a short drive and there is a wide variety of restaurants in the area. This place will not disappoint!
