We had a wonderful stay for Spring Break. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed! The location was perfect!

Beautiful and convenient location. We were there for baseball, not Disney. We were centrally located to all the fields. There is a Publix shopping center right behind the unit. Sunday's Grill, a pizza place, and a liquor store were all in the same shopping center. The pool area was clean with plenty of chairs. Would HIGHLY recommend!

When we walked in the door we immediately felt like we were home. This condo is very roomy, extremely clean, and well kept up. We loved it so much that we will be staying there again. Jennifer is a fantastic host. Always answered any questions quickly. We hated to leave the condo but are happy to be returning there soon. Thanks Jennifer for making our stay there perfect.

This property was not well managed. This unit was not listed as being on the bottom floor; we could hear the toilet flushing above us and people walking around upstairs. The king mattress is worn out and caused me back pain so I slept in the single bed. The mold in all three bathrooms aggravated my allergies and I ended with a sinus infection. The AC/heat control had a locked cover. Jennifer had to come in the unit and adjust the AC to a warmer setting when we first arrived. We asked her to unlock the control as we stayed a month but she would not unlock it and she would have to come to the unit every time to readjust it. The weather got cold so we used extra blankets because I didn’t want to have to wait for her to come to the unit to put heater on. I have pics of the mold in all bathrooms, of coffee machine which was thrown out because of mold spores in the unemptied filter, and of rubber seal in the washer which was wet, slimy and had hair. Bad ventilation in bathrooms.
