Great house for a group. Lots of dining options right across the street. Only a half mile to the metro and one stop to Reagan Airport. Large mall and Costco within a mile. Everyone in our party had a great experience staying at Rich's house.

Rich's house in Crystal City is amazing! My family of five visited DC for school spring vacation and had an absolute blast. Rich is so friendly and easy to communicate with and has helpful suggestions. The house is huge and offered plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood is adorable and safe, we had no problem walking our dog day or night. The Thai, Italian, Irish restaurants and more are all a block away. The major monuments and museums were a quick Uber ride. I would give it above a 5 star if possible and am already planning on another trip back. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our big family who stayed there. There was ample space for 2 cars to park. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a few meals at home. The location was excellent as it was about 10 - 15 mins drive from the tourists attractions in DC. Using ride hailing app to get around was easy as well. There are some restaurants right across the street but we did not get to try them. The area is quite quiet at night. The house was really comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The host also provided clear instructions and was responsive through the chat. Will definitely stay here again if we are coming to DC again.

We were visiting DC with the kids and meeting the grandparents for spring break. The house is in a perfect location. It's close enough to DC for the national museums and sites that we wanted to see and within a block of restaurants for easy dinners every night we were there. The hosts were proactive communicators and we had no trouble finding the place. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.
