I was really excited to go to my first Airbnb but was shocked to find out it was a motel 8 next door to a topless cabaret. It was very loud with the police coming by to talk to my neighbor and the constant motorcycles and yelling coming from god knows where. I also found out that only one outlet worked and the water kettle didn’t work at all. I was also promised a private porch but the entire visit my neighboring rooms kids were over there or their moms friends were. I’m not unhappy I stayed there but I am very upset at the lack of honesty in their advertisements. If I had known it was a motel 8 I would have just booked it in Reno, not spending hundreds of extra dollars on the airbnb website.

Bernice was very accommodating and helpful. Especially when coordinating the check-in and working through the initial set up. Her on-site manager, Jonathan, was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our experience was great.

The place was fine. A bit dusty and floor was dirty. Amenities were lacking a bit such as dish soap, utensils, limited Roku. Bathroom was clean. Window in bathroom kept opening. Noisy surroundings from the cars and rowdy passerby’s. Didn’t sleep well first night due to it being the weekend and people are out and about along with their loud cars. Parking was plentiful. The balcony was very nice. I definitely used it on a few occasions to admire the night sky and outlook. Jon, the property assistant was great. Very friendly, super helpful. I recommend this place on a weekday and if you’re looking for a good value but okay living.

Not a bad stay for a few nights, had a few small issues but hosts were quick to resolve.
