The place and location is very beautiful. But the management is very problematic. Dorothy is blatantly racist let me tell you why. We arrived at the place around 8-9pm and the host had said we would find our keys in a brown box by unit 10. We got there and there were 2 keys in the brown box and we didn't know which ones were ours. We knocked on Unit 10's door and there was no answer so we took both keys and entered in Unit 17, we realized when we were inside that this is not our unit and the key was unmarked so we didn't know which one it would be. We waited hoping that someone will come and assist us. We had no one come assist us until Dorothy arrived with the Unit 17's WHITE GUESTS. She literally threw us out of the room and was very angry at why we were in that room. We tried to explain the situation to her, she was not listening and told us that "We must leave, her guests are waiting and she doesn't care where we go". As if we were not her guests just because we were black and we had arrived first she was supposed to assist us first. Through out the weekend she kept on threatening to call the police on us everytime we were outside chilling by the pool. There were a group of coloured people in a another unit which were our friends she stopped us from going to them and told us that we were not allowed to even sit outside with them and socialise. Personally my friends and I experienced the worst RACISM in this place and we are never coming back there again and I'd advise other black people not to. DANKO!
