Stay was just what we needed. Perfect amount of space, privacy, and amenities to keep our needs met. Would book again!

Although Candace was a great host and VERY responsive. When things went wrong, she did what she could to make things better even refunding me a night of my trip, however, I can not possibly lie on this platform and must voice some reservations I had after staying here for 10 days: 1. I had to empty the portable AC unit's water myself-- It's a small unit for only the living room and I was staying here in August. It got very warm and the portable AC unit did not adequately cool the unit completely without having issues. 2. The electricity kept cutting out more than several times during my stay. Candace mentioned she would fix it & get an electrician to view it, however she didn't want to inconvenience me which was kind but didn't solve it. I had to keep texting her to reset the breakers. 3. Coffee maker is drip coffee no coffee provided, 1 ply toilet paper... wish there was a little more effort for the amenities. Overall though, good value for money, especially for short stays!

Candace was quick to respond to all questions before and during our stay. We (family of 3) stayed in the unit for 5 days. Only downfall to long stay was no oven use, that ruled out a lot of meal options for our family :( The unit was very clean, updated, and well taken care of. We did arrive in town earlier than expected and Candance was nice to allow early check in so that was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet, even though it's street parking it wasn't bad at all, we were able to park right out front every day.
