We travel a lot as a family & prefer staying at good rated BNB's over hotels to enjoy local feel & the homely atmosphere they give viz a viz the hotel. But I must say without any iota of doubt that the experience with Kylie & Ricky's place was right on top....all iterms of property per se , the beautiful surroundings but above all their responsiveness & positive attitude towards their guests !! The place is incredibly well maintained, very spacious, ideally located & the most important the eye to the details (they have gone that extra mile to design & stack the place in a way to make the staying experience the best possible. The lake & it's surroundings,which is just two minutes walk add to the overall experience. From start to the finish, the responsiveness of the hosts & the overall staying experience was just amazing. I love recommending their place to any future guest visiting Rotorua !!

We had a fantastic stay in Rotorua, which was made especially memorable by our amazing and thoughtful host. Although the weather didn't allow us to enjoy kayaking on the nearby lake, the availability of kayaks for guest use was a nice touch, promising plenty of fun for those who visit in sunnier weather. After a long day hiking the Tongariro Crossing, we were pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful welcome card and some delicious chocolates awaiting us. This considerate gesture was truly appreciated and made us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, our host was exceptionally responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the best of Rotorua, from its stunning natural scenery to the exceptional hospitality. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, this spot is perfect!
