The home was ideal for us and we would stay there again when we visit LA. Melissa was the perfect host and when we had slight issues as with anywhere she immediately solved them and went beyond what was requested.

I stayed for 76 nights. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. There is a granny unit under the house that they rent out but don’t mention in this listing Limited parking on the lot. The host says there is plenty of street parking but the neighbors will complain There are no blinds in the bedroom or bathroom areas. A neighbor saw me showering and changing more than once No cell service My car was broken into on the street and everything was stolen out of it. Appliances randomly stopped working— the microwave and air fryer stopped working shortly after we moved in Finishes are cheap Security cameras don’t work, which I didn’t think was a problem until my car was broken into on the street and I wanted camera footage but there was none. Heating is bad and pretty much only heats the loft upstairs— the gas fireplace downstairs does not help Garage leaks when it rains, and water leaked through the walls of the walk-in closet upstairs There's more to say but I have hit the word limit.

melissa was very welcoming and fast responsive if we had an issue , location is unique in 90210 beverly hills , it was an amazing stay in this villa and neighborhood was safe n quite at night, beat option for families with kids .
