Tracy was very helpful with meeting us , Hurtz car rental could not locate unit without her directions. Quiet area, condo was satisfactory clean. Great to have a washer/dryer. Kitchen area very workable. This condo is located minutes to Friget beach (by car), Marriott , cafe’s, restaurant and Rams supermarket . There are several other great beach’s all drivable . This was our 3rd trip to St. Kitts and always loved the kindness and politeness of the local people there.

Had a fantastic stay. The view from the upstairs balcony is wonderful. Beautiful water view and you can watch the cruise ships arrive and depart. The bathroom is big with strong shower pressure! Washer and dryer was new and worked well. Comfortable and large sofa allowed me and wife to lounge and relax at the end of day. We have been to St Kitts many times and usually stay in the Frigate Bay Area. The location of this rental is very central to the Strip, the Marriott hotel/casino, heading out to Shipwreck or Reggae beach, or for a quick drive into Basseterre. We did rent a car for most of our trip as we like to do our own thing and explore, though it is walkable to Marriott and “The Strip”. Marshalls restaurant is super close and convenient, and we had a wonderful meal there with friends. All appliances worked well! Hope to get back on island soon and would love to rent this place again.

Lovely place, view and sunsets are fantastic and the beach is not too far, especially with the handy shortcut via the golf course. Well appointed kitchen with all necessary utensils etc. It is walkable into Basettere, be prepared for it to take an hour and take the main road not the coastal one (hills are a bit challenging in the heat to say the least). Not too far to the local Supermarket either (near Mariott), once again cutting across a bit of the golf course. Tracy was really helpful including organising a pick up from the airport and having flexibility with check out as noone was booked in that evening.

The apartment was very spacious for the price. The view from the upstairs balcony is definitely the selling point, gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. Tracy was extremely friendly and I would stay here again if I ever find myself back in St Kitts.

This unit is as described - well equipped, clean and well located. It is in an elevated residential area looking out over the West and close to several areas of interest such as South Friar's Beach and Shipwreck - which was a favourite combination of ours. About half a km away is the excellent Marshall's restaurant, which we visited frequently. You do really need a car, both for convenience and as the taxis are not particularly cheap. We used ABC for car hire, who are close to this unit and who were really helpful picking us up from the ferry to Nevis, etc.
