Such a lovely location, remote, private, and topped with blazingly fast and reliable Internet to boot. I would definitely recommend this location, and look forward to returning again in the future! Marla was a lovely host, incredibly responsive and helped make our stay 10/10.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at the funky bunky! The location was beautiful and Marla was a wonderful host. The cabin was super cute and had everything I needed. Loved the mix of indoor/outdoor with the outdoor kitchen area and getting to take the kayak out onto the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful spot in the world! We absolutely loved our 3 day stay at the funky bunky so much so that we extended for an extra couple of days. Marla was a brilliant and kind host who made us feel very welcome and at home, and was there whenever we had questions. The funky bunky had everything we needed to live comfortably whilst also feeling off grid and immersed in nature, and having stayed in many cabins and tiny homes this was definitely one of our favorites. We loved the view from the bed, the outdoor kitchen, shower, and private beach with kayaks. The internet was great for working and streaming films. Finally the cabin was super clean and easy to maintain. Thank you for a great stay Marla!

Ein absoluter Traum! Wir haben 2 wunderbare Nächte am See verbracht - es war traumhaft! Genau so haben wir uns den Aufenthalt vorgestellt. Vor Ort hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, die Aussicht ist wunderschön, das Outdoor-Kochen und Duschen war ein absolutes Erlebnis. Die Kommunikation mit Marla war hervorragend - sie hat sich und uns ein wunderbares Zuhause geschaffen. Que dire à part « wow ». Nous avons vécu deux nuits parfaites dans cette cabane. La vue est juste incroyable. Nous avons pu faire du canoë sur le lac au lever du soleil, c’était magique. Marla a été très accueillante, et nous a notamment conseillé un super restau. N’hésitez pas une seconde.
