The place was beautiful and clean. Terecita is an amazing host and responsive. We arrived to a clean household with beverages for us. I would definitely recommend this place 10/10!

Great Stay in Exuma! Apartment was super clean and spacious. If you want to cook some meals during your stay the Kitchen is large and comes with modern appliances. Location is great on the island, could go to northern beaches, Georgetown, or little Exuma with ease. Plenty of delicious restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Location is a little farther from the beach than the google maps location, but since all beaches are easy to get to and I suggest renting a car is a must anyways this was not a problem for us. Host was 10/10. We got in a day late due to flight cancellations and Terecita was super flexible and still met us at the airport the next day no problem. Also most flights leaving Exuma are later in the afternoon and we were able to hold our luggage in another unit after checkout to go explore before our 5pm flight. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our host was amazing and the home was beautiful and comfortable! We had some issues with the bathroom amenities but I don’t believe any of that was the host or homes fault, things like very low water pressure and hot water being warm at best. Aside from that, it’s a beautiful place to stay in the middle of the island with quick access to the beaches.

This experience was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. from the personalized greeting at the airport to the farewells and well wishes at check out. home was very clean and suggestions on restaurants, grocery and entertainment was spot on. definitely on my list of homes to do again.

Teresita was a great host. Quick to answer, always available and very helpful. Her husband picked us up at the airport so we had no trouble checking in. The house was absolutely great. It was only me and my wife so we had plenty of room. The kitchen is very new and complete with good utensils/equipments and we were gladly surprised with some welcome drinks.
