We loved our stay at the condo! Everything was as described and very nice! The complex was fun, walkable and had lots of activities! Gene was very responsive and checked in on us frequently, as well as sent us updates as to what was going on in the complex. We didn't have one complaint. We have stayed at many rentals and this was top notch! We super appreciated all the extras like beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, cold ice packs etc! I would highly recommend this rental! You won't be disappointed!

We had the best stay. Paseo is an active place with things happening all the time. The condo was extremely comfortable and had everything you need. The location made it easy to walk to the pool, tiki, and gym area. Gene sent us info daily from Paseo so we knew everything going on. Anytime we had questions or issues, Gene responded immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone. We loved it so much we will be going back. Thank you Gene for being a super owner and sharing your piece of paradise!

Gene is an awesome host. Very friendly and quick to respond to emails. He made sure to send us notifications of everything that's going on at Paseo (dinners, events, etc.) His condo is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. I can't say enough about Paseo... lots of friendly people, amazing grounds, and from the condo you're just a short walk to the Tiki bar and all of the amenities. In fact, we loved Gene's condo so much we're actually thinking about buying a property at Paseo. Definitely don't miss this one, folks! If you're thinking of visiting SW Florida, Gene's condo is the place to be. You're close to the airport. You're only a short drive from the beaches. Plus, the pool and Tiki Bar are so cool, you'll feel like you're staying at a Caribbean resort!

There are no words to give Gene and Emily's home the justice it deserves but I will try. Stunnng, immaculate, beautiful, state of the art everything, spacious, has everything you would ever even dream of wanting in a home. I felt like I was living in a dream home. I really I wish I could give them and the home both 10 stars if it was possible. First and foremost, I must say a few words about the owners. Gene and Emily (the owners) are the most thoughtful, gracious and kind owners you could ever have the pleasure of renting from. I have been using AirBnB for who knows how long and I have been blessed with many great owners before but Gene is on another superstar level. I was somewhat of a longterm stay and he always made sure I was okay and kept me up to date on the goings on in the community. They put much careful thought and consideration in decorating/furnishing this home, even the tiniest of details will surprise and delight you.......there is not a single detail they left out of this home. They provide a very detailed welcome package with guidelines and rules (of course) but also, recommendations for local restuarants, places to go, things to do. Check in and check out was a breeze. There was not one thing I wanted that Gene and Emily did not already have in the home. Now a few words of the community - this is an resort style community with its own restaurants, theater, ice cream shop, gym, salon, library, I don't know how many swimming pools. The Tiki Bar is the place to be to meet people. They constantly hold events for you to join (game night, outdoor movie night, poker games, pickleball, tennis, food trucks, etc). I was there during Christmas and they were constantly hosting Christmas related events almost every day. The residents are some of the most lovely people you will meet. They welcome you with open arms. I have made life long friends. The community is immacutely manicured and artisticly landscaped you feel like you're living in Disney World. If you ever see Gene and Emily Weber's names as hosts, book that reservation ASAP. I promise not only will you not be disappointed, you will be overjoyed of how they exceed any and all expectations. Just waiting for the day to go back.
