Wow! This place is better than I even could have imagined! Kristi and Coke are fabulous hosts. The home is stocked with only the nicest amenities. From the linens, to the kitchen items! We had two little kids with us and had everything we could ever need. The location is both quiet and private yet close to so many amazing attractions and restaurants. We can’t wait to stay again.

The place was perfect & exactly what we needed. We had very nice neighbors all around. The neighborhood was beautiful & very convenient for our month long stay! The was a bit of an ant infestation in one of the bathrooms but nothing some quick bug spray couldn’t take care of. The place is stunning & we would absolutely stay here again!! Hosts were very attentive!

Everything about our stay was perfect and as advertised. The only exception was check-in. Unfortunately, the cleaner had deadbolted the door that was set up for keyless entry, so we couldn't get in. We tried to get in touch with Cole and Kristy, but to no avail. Airbnb Support got involved, but the situation couldn't be resolved in time to spend the evening at the Airbnb the first night, so we reluctantly made other arrangements. The next morning, they got in touch and were genuinely profusely apologetic, and they resolved the issue quickly at that point. They went above and beyond to make up for the mishap, and like I said, the rest of the stay was fantastic, but after a cross-country move, it was so unfortunate to unexpectedly spend our first night in LA elsewhere. Oh well—it happens!

We had the most incredible stay at this property! I can’t recommend it enough. Every thing you need for a long term comfortable stay is included. The host is phenomenal, attentive and kind. The home is gorgeous and perfectly decorated from top to bottom. We loved the outdoor space. We can’t say enough good things. Highly highly recommend - 10/10!!

Let me start by saying Cole and Kristi are some of the best airbnb hosts i’ve ever experienced. Their response time is prompt and they are always willing to help and cater to their guests. From communication to accommodations they covered everything you could possibly think of or ask for. The space was spotless when we checked in, organized to a tee, and so spacious and beautiful. We spent 3 months at this home and fell in love with the space. The back patio is a perfect addition to the house and I would recommend this airbnb to anyone that was headed to LA. Neighborhood is extremely family friendly, safe and quiet, wonderful walking streets, and a beautiful view of the observatory and the city from up on the hill. Street parking can be a bit tricky because of street cleaning but the signs are posted and this obviously has nothing to do with the hosts. 10/10 experience (:
