Completely remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home with high ceilings, hardwood flooring, recessed lighting and a home theater system with automated screen and Sonos sound system and 4K projector. The kitchen is worthy of any chef with Samsung appliances. Bifold glass doors spanning the length of the living room lead you out to a lovely deck where you can relax or entertain guests amongst nature. This property features an air filtration purification system and floodlights around the property.

Very clean and lots of room with minimalist decor. Roxanne and her husband were very responsive anytime I sent a message it was replied to immediately and they were so warm and welcoming. The space worked out well for our family and needs.

Outpost Estates is a neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles, California, consisting of about 450 homes. It is bordered by Mulholland Drive to the north, Franklin Avenue to the south, Runyon Canyon Park to the west, and Hollywood Heights and the Hollywood Bowl to the east.
Most of the original houses have been preserved, and Lower Outpost looks much like it did in the 1920s.
