Beautiful property! Right under the Hollywood sign. The views are breathtaking and the heated pool is a wonderful feature, especially since when we were visiting it was in the 50-60s a few days. One thing that I think should be mentioned in the description is that the pool will cost $75/day to heat. One of those days is spent getting the pool up to the ideal range. I wasn’t aware of this until a few days before I checked in. One of the skylights is cracked and has a bag taped over, but you really have to look to even notice it. Also while the property was clean, ants still found their way inside and covered some doughnuts we had picked up earlier that day. Again, not a huge deal, but if you have anything that is not sealed, put it in the fridge. Host was responsive and everyone in my party loved the space. Would absolutely stay again if I was ever in Los Angelas.

This is one of the most beautiful views in LA. However owner is not local and the water to the house was shut down and pool was unusable for first 4 days of six. Eventually someone else contacted us and problems were resolved. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful spot, bordering on Griffith Park with accessibility to trails leading to the Hollywood sign and park, this is it. Just make sure the house is open and ready for guests.
