Overall, our experience was quite positive. While the building may appear older from the outside, the vintage elevator adds a unique charm that's worth experiencing. Inside, the apartment is a modern 2-BHK on the 4th floor, boasting excellent ventilation. The hall features a lovely balcony overlooking a lush garden, while the master bedroom has its own separate balcony and the other bedroom offers views of peaceful village life through its two windows. Mornings are especially delightful with the chorus of birdsong. The property is conveniently located around 1 KM - 1.5 KM from Paleleoum beach, one of the most vibrant beaches in South Goa, with many restaurants nearby, including the excellent Kashish Restaurant just outside the society. Kapil, the host, was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While there's room for minor improvements in housekeeping, they didn't detract from our overall smooth experience. Overall nice experience.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The apartment boasts a breathtaking view from the balcony, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze with its induction stove, toaster, and kettle. The pool was clean and fully functional, providing a refreshing dip whenever needed. Being on the 4th floor with a working lift was convenient, and having an automatic washing machine and water purifier added to the comfort of our stay. The proximity to Palolem beach was a huge plus, and we appreciated the quick responses from both the owner and caretaker for any queries we had. Plus, the abundance of nearby restaurants made dining out a delightful experience. Overall, a truly wonderful stay—I highly recommend it!

Logement parfaitement conforme à la description, spacieux, calme. Environnement paisible dans la nature, très agréable avec belle vue du balcon et à environ 10 minutes à pied des plages. Hôte super réactif et sympathique. Je recommande vivement.
