We had a lovely long weekend here at this cute and cosy beach house! Well stocked kitchen, great facilities and the kids loved all the little toys. Great spot close to the beach, we were in town for the Broulee Ocean Swim and and the location was perfect. Thanks so much Marnie and Ivar!

Cozy beach house in a great location! We loved Ivar and Marnie's place in Broulee. The location was great - close to the beach and the brewhouse. What more could you ask for! The home itself was very clean and very comfortable. It has well appointed kitchen with everything you need. A huge backyard, for cricket. Bikes to tour around, and plenty of beach toys. Marnie and Ivar were very responsive. I would absolutely recommend checking this place out if you're headed to Broulee!

I had a lovely relaxing time in the house. Very generous snacks and food were left for guests' use. House was well stocked with things to enhance our stay - every possible thing had been thought of. Easy walks to either North or South Broulee. Great beaches of course! Loved the old photos of the house. Location can be a bit noisy at times with busy morning traffic, particularly with the door open. We really enjoyed our stay. Janice
