Very clean place , comfortable lounge and beds , spacious , great for doggies , and out door shower( hot shower ) was awesome ! Would have been great to have a ping pong table ( fold up ) on the side in the garage ( for those rainy cold days ) And maybe some teabags , Shampoo and conditioner (travel size ) uht milk on arrival . We booked Tomakin thinking the local cafe would be open for morning coffee walks but we’re sad to see they were closed ( was weekend ) so check that before going if morning coffees are your thing ! Overall Tony’s place was awesome and will definitely be back !

Highly recommended! A beautiful house to stay in! Clean, tidy with ample space for our family of 5. Could easily accommodate 2 families. First time bringing our fur baby greyhound - who loved the backyard as well as the dog friendly beach that is close by. Hoping to stay here again in the near future. Thank you Tony!!
Tony’s place is lovely, clean and well appointed. The backyard was very secure for our dogs. It was an easy walk to the beach and very quiet and peaceful.
This was our fourth stay and again it was great. Walking distance to beach, secure yard for the dog and clean and tidy. Exactly as described.

We had been holidaying in Batemans Bay area, with our much loved Beagle for over 10 years and loved every minute of it. A beautiful part of the Australian coastline, so when an opportunity arose to build a holiday house only 400 metres from the beach, how could we resist. So we built in Barlings Beach/Tomakin, which has a dog friendly beach all year round, furnished it with all brand new furniture and fittings, made it dog friendly and now rent it out so others can enjoy what we do. Although we don't live in the area, we have wonderful caretakers that live just around the corner.
