Kaylyns place is situated in a stunning location with a beautiful view over the water. The balcony was an excellent place for my wife and I and dog to enjoy evening food and wine as the sun went down. The place is incredibly pet friendly and is fenced well so your pouch can enjoy the gardens with limited supervision whilst you relax. It was only my wife and I so there was endless space and looked like the perfect house for larger family’s and friends. The bed was super comfy in the main bedroom and shower was perfect. The indoor fire was picture perfect for those cold evenings which really topped the weekend. Kitchen had everything we needed and we even baked a pipe to have during our cosy night in front of the fire. All in all we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend. Kaylyn was the perfect host, efficient in responding, friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you! Will definitely return!

Amazing spot, fantastic host, wonderful location and a great base to explore the NSW South Coast. Fantastic beaches, parks, vistas and amenities. What a great venue to reconnect with family and friends, enjoy the peace and quiet or a new adventure each day. Our fur family loved the experience just as much as we did and I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to reconnect with nature and each other without compromising on any of the creature comforts. Highlights of our trip included the amazing beaches with options for both kids and water sports enthusiasts from surfers to divers and kayakers, the hikes and walks as well as the scenic drives to and from, lastly the views and vistas both from the home itself to the amazing area it is in. Top spot!!! The amenities were a big surprise also with great dining, cafe and grocery options in very close proximity. Thanks for the wonderful home, experience and memories Kaylyn!

Kaylyn was a welcoming and accommodating host. Great to communicate with throughout the stay. There was even doggy treats and a leash as welcome gift which was a nice touch. The house was lovely and clean, the location was fantastic and the view fabulous. All my family members liked the house and I would book again.

Pups loved chasing rabbits, enjoyed coffee and kayak hire, it’s a real scene down there at the boat ramp!! Nice clean BBQ always a plus!

The location and view from this house is exceptional. Mossy Point is a hidden treasure and the house is in prime location for a quiet walk with water views, morning stroll to multiple cafes or a trip to the beach. The house is beautiful with the highlight being the huge deck looking out to the water. Highly recommend!!
