The place was exactly as advertised. The off-street parking, local food and drinks and proximity to a ton of great things to do was perfect. I’d give it ten stars, if that were possible. Really just great all around.

Mooi, ruim appartement met garage en op 200 meter van het strand. Leuk ontbijt restaurant om de hoek en met het openbaar vervoer was San Diego prima te bereiken. Checkin instructies waren duidelijk. Alleen was het niet direct duidelijk dat je via een lock-key moest afsluiten. Dus de eerste dag stond àlles gewoon open. Ondanks de zwervers in de wijk ( maar die zijn overal) geen probleem mee gehad. Kortom appartement was de prijs zeker waard

So well stocked from pots, pans, garbage bags as well as coffee! We truly didn't need to buy much while we were there. Convenience and liquor store right next store. One block from the beach and town. The best bnb I've ever stayed in!! Highly recommend!

We loved Connor's place and would stay there again. Our stay was six weeks long. The neighborhood is active with family friendly restaurants, people out walking to the ocean, within a half mile of a Grocery Outlet, CVS, and Dollar Store. We didn't have a car and relied entirely on the city bus. The two bus stops are within 50 feet of the unit. We took a Lyft from the airport for about $50. We had most of our groceries delivered, and we took the bus everywhere else. The ocean is only a block away. The unit itself has a well-equipped kitchen with nearly everything I needed to prepare meals. We ate the majority of our meals in so this was important to us. There was plenty of tableware as well as some staple items in the cupboard. We slept in the back bedroom and found the mattress to be extremely comfortable. The bedding was cozy and warm and the bathrooms are nicely appointed. The living room was very comfortable for reading, playing cribbage and watching TV. Two thumbs up.
