We enjoyed our stay at Dan’s condo in Imperial Beach. It was clean, quiet and had all necessary kitchen appliances. There were also board games and beach toys we enjoyed. Dan was proactive when we requested an additional fan because we couldn’t get the ceiling fan in the master bedroom to work. Dan had a portable fan promptly delivered and said there was an electrical problem with the ceiling fan. Unfortunately the electrical problem worsened; we were unable to turn the light off in the master bedroom at bedtime. Dan responded promptly to this issue in the morning and had a handyman come over and gave us a discount for the problem with the light. I’m sure Dan will have this electrical issue fixed quickly. Dan did the best he could as a host given this unfortunate electrical issue. He sent a thank you gift on our last night. But there was an issue with the delivery, and we didn't receive it. The gesture, and Dan’s hospitality and proactive efforts were greatly appreciated.

Dan was very responsive and great with recommendations and advice. He communicated extremely well and we had a very easy time of finding and gaining access to everything we needed.The rental was just as advertised and the bikes, ping pong table and gear were great extras that entertained our kids. The neighborhood is very pleasant and friendly we felt completely safe and secure during the visit. Dans condo is well located for trips to Coronado, San Diego or the beach. Local restaurants and groceries were nearby and pleasant as well. Would definitely stay again.
