Very conveniently located for beach and golfing. Very nice and clean apartment. Ballybunion is a must see place in Ireland and if you stay here you can see it all within walking distance.

The apartment is spacious and in a brilliant location for access to the shops, bars, restaurants and of course, the beautiful beach, which is only a couple of minutes walk away. It offers great value for money, and Yvonne has included many thoughtful extras to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable.

The apartment is great .central location . close to beach ,cafes and bars ,plenty of shops. loved the fact it had 2 bathrooms . 2 double bedrooms . lots of space . everything we needed was there. netflix on tv. internet . coffee ,tea and oil , salt and pepper . easy to find , near supermarket. I would give it a 10 .
