Situated in the charming seaside town of Ballybunion, this comfortable, well appointed 3 bedroom home is within easy walking distance of the stunning beach and town centre, with its supermarket, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac so is perfect for a peaceful holiday for both groups of adults and families with young children alike. The world renowned championship course at Ballybunion Golf Club is a just short drive away. The house benefits from recently installed central heating and comprises a master double room with ensuite on the ground floor, a well equipped kitchen with a table for 6 people plus a lounge with an open fireplace and satellite tv. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus iron and ironing board. Upstairs is another large double room, a twin room plus a family bathroom with bath. To the rear of the house is a sunny patio area with garden table and chairs and a lawned area with washing line. Off street parking is to the front of the house plus there is apace at the house for additional cars on the road.

Our stay here was a very comfortable one , the design and layout out of house suited us perfectly, a main bedroom with en-suite downstairs for my husband and me with 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs for my daughter , her husband and 2 children . The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen I had ever been in and everything was spotless . There was a wonderful supply of boardgames and a wide selection of books which unfortunately were needed but for which we were v grateful . Highly recommend this house which was in a peaceful location but within walking distance of beach and town . What a pity that Ian could not control the weather!!

This was a very comfortable home suitable for up to 6 adults. The kitchen had most anything you could need including some spices and olive oil. There was a refrigerator, dishwasher full stove and table that seats 6.
Das Haus liegt in einer kleiner Ferienhausanlage. Der Strand und die Hauptstraße von Ballybunnion sind jeweils 10 Minuten entfernt, es ist also alles notwendige fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Insgesamt also in jedem Fall eine Empfehlung.

Parking is free at the house, plus there is some free parking around the town but it gets filled up quickly in high season. There are also car parks which charge for parking in the town. There is a bus that runs to Listowel and on to Tralee. Check the timetable which can be seen in the window of the Atlantic restaurant (opposite the Garda station).
