This studio condo not only has a premium location, with a view of the Angel Fire Ski Basin, and a clothes washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and updated appliances. The living room has two queen-sized beds, a sofa, and a smart TV. You will be next to where all the action is and spectacular views of the mountains! Have a blast at this ski-in/ski-out condo! Located on the ground floor, however, stairs are required to reach the entrance. There is parking in front of the 'B' building or guests may park in one of the unmarked spots in the 'C' building parking lot and take a short walk across to the unit's entrance. SLEEPING: Living Room: 2 Queen Beds KITCHEN: Fully equipped, open to the living room, K-Cup coffeemaker, Dishwasher, seating for 4 at the counter INDOOR LIVING: WIFI, Smart TV OUTDOOR LIVING: Bike Park views LOCATION: Easy walk to the Dream Catcher Lift or a 2-minute drive from the Angel Fire mountain activities PARKING: On-site parking for 1 to 2 vehicles; Guests may park above in the B Building parking lot and take the stairs to the unit. Or, park in the C Building parking lot at the very end in one of the unmarked spots and a short walk across to the unit. POOL: Shared community indoor heated pool located on the bottom level of the Angel Fire Country Club (fees may apply) INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and a full bar at Elements. GOLF COURSES: Angel Fire Resort Golf Course (1.7 miles), Valley Escondido Golf Course (12.9 miles). DAY TRIPS: Taos and Taos Pueblo Village (24.9 miles), Taos Ski Valley (43.7 miles), Rio Grande Gorge Bridge (36.6 miles), and Santa Fe (92.6 miles). All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests’ inability to reach the booked property.
Unit was filthy upon arrival. Dust and cobwebs in every corner. Hair in refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom drawers. Food was on trash lid. Trash can had a ring of grime around the bottom onto the floor. The hot tub smelled like stale musty water and had to be serviced even after we were promised it would be serviced and sanitized before arrival. We spent the first hour of vacation scrubbing this unit down with our own sanitizing wipes. The rental company was very apologetic and offered to send someone to clean but we had already started cleaning and didn’t want to remove all our belongings after a 10 hour drive to get there. This unit is in a good spot for skiing and could be a great stay but the company running it needs to get better cleaners and ensure that it’s cleaned up to Covid standards as described on the website. The hot tub is worth the extra dollars if it’s been properly cleaned and sanitized.

We first came to Angel Fire in 1999 and starting making annual visits. In 2012 we decided occasional visits were not enough, so we purchased a lot. We took the plunge and built our slice of heaven in 2014. It soon became quite clear we loved being there more than being in Dallas, TX. We have owned and operated our own business for over 25 years and bring that business experience with us to Resort Properties of Angel Fire. We have a great team of specialists ready to help with you.
