KG were very responsive to all messages. The property had an issue so they swapped us to a new one immediately. While the new location was not what we wanted, the team did their best to help us have an enjoyable weekend and we felt looked after. As we didn't stay in this property I cannot review it accurately, but the service was great.

Great place to stay in Swansea lots of room plenty of beds, in a great location to access town. Would definitely stay again.

It was Ok for the price and if you need lots of rooms and beds. But otherwise, it wasn't very nice. Quite a rundown place. Damp smell on arrival. Some spots of mold in some of the rooms. Parking was free but quite hard to find a spot. This appears to be a student/shared house HMO with fire doors throughout and a wellworn interior. It was clean but there was a bit of mold and just a sense of dampness in the place in September. Probably worse in the winter? If you just need a place to sleep and go and need a lot of rooms, then it's probably an Ok option. But if you want somewhere nice to spend some time, then I probably wouldn't recommend it. The management team was communicative on the app, though, and check in (via the key safe) was easy. The local shops were convenient.

Basic accommodation ex student let, dark heavy fire doors and in need of some maintenance. A large property that suits a large party. Ideal for contractors or group accommodation. Not suitable for kids/families. Some issues during the stay, but KG responded quickly.
